What is the shipping policy?

Expedited Shipping
Need your gift faster? Choose expedited shipping for delivery within 7 business days for a flat fee of $25 USD.

Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Worldwide Shipping: 10–14 business days (depending on destination and customs)
  • Expedited Worldwide Shipping: within 7 business days
  • For made-to-order items, please expect 10-15 extra business days for the customization.
What is the return policy?

Eligibility for Return

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, labels, and tags must be intact and unremoved
  • Items must be in a condition that does not affect resale
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

  • Fine jewelry, face masks, and personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale items marked Final Sale
  • Gift cards
  • Made-to-order items

Fees & Refunds

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please return the unwanted item first following the return policy and then place a new order for your preferred item

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order — we’ll fix it right away at no cost to you
Are any purchases final sale?

Certain items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Final sale items include:

  • Products labeled as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” on the product page
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Face masks and other personal use or hygiene-related products
  • Fine jewelry
  • Gift cards

Because these items are specially produced or personalized, they cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once the order is placed.
